Shipping policy

Pre-Orders DryQ Run Pouch is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders are estimated to ship June 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Processing Time Orders ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation unless noted as a pre-order.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 50 US states via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
